CAN I COME AND MEET YOU TO DISCUSS MY REQUIREMENTS

We do prefer to do everything via email - it allows us to communicate clearly with you and keep all discuss on file as reference.

If you would like to meet in person with one of our designers to discuss your project, consultations can be booked at a rate of $150 per hour + gst.


what is the process?

Simply email through your requirements via email and one of our designers will be in touch within 24 hours. We will send you a form which you will fill in with your requirements. From this we will email through a quote and a timeline.

Once You have confirmed you would like to move forward and work with West Stationery, we will issue the invoice. We will commence the process once payment has been received.


payment terms

All stationery + print must be paid in full before we go to print.
Website require a 50% deposit to commence, the following 50% is due prior to completion and hand over.
Branding packages must be paid in full before commencement.
